Since opening in June 2013, the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery has proudly remained Grand Cayman’s only distillery – and the only producer of handcrafted spirits in the Cayman Islands. We invite you to join us for an unforgettable experience behind the scenes.

Take the Distiller’s Tour

Discover our unique approach to craft distilling on an immersive guided tour of our custom-built, 5,000 square foot facility. You'll explore:

• Our impressive 1,200-gallon Vendome copper pot still
• The towering 30-foot Bobo's Vodka column still
• The original Christian Carl pot still used to perfect our award-winning Seven Fathoms Rum

The tour concludes in our tasting room, where you’ll sample fresh batches of Seven Fathoms Rum, Bobo’s Vodka, Governor’s Reserve Rum, and our exclusive Distiller’s Specials – small-batch creations available only at the distillery.
